1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to seravoltays
• "You," "Your" refers to the person renting a vehicle
• "Vehicle" means any car rented through our services
• "Rental Period" means the agreed duration from pickup to return
• "Agreement" means the rental contract between you and us

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using a vehicle from seravoltays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with the rental.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and seravoltays under Singapore law.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories)
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license or international driving permit
• Provide a valid government-issued photo identification
• Possess a valid credit or debit card for security deposit
• Have no outstanding rental balances with us

4. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline any booking without providing a reason.

Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup to avoid charges.

5. Payment Terms

All rental rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include the specified daily mileage allowance and basic coverage. Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation or vehicle delivery, as specified in your rental agreement.

Additional charges may apply for excess mileage, fuel, tolls, parking fines, traffic violations, damage, late returns, or optional services. A security deposit will be authorized on your payment card and released within 7-14 business days after vehicle return, subject to final inspection.

6. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the vehicle in accordance with the following conditions:

• Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle
• The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes or commercial transport services
• Off-road driving, racing, or vehicle testing is prohibited
• Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted
• The vehicle must not be driven outside Singapore without prior written consent
• Maximum passenger and cargo limits must be observed

7. Insurance and Coverage

Basic coverage is included in your rental rate and provides protection subject to the specified excess amount. This coverage may not extend to damage caused by prohibited use, willful misconduct, driving under the influence, or failure to secure the vehicle properly.

Enhanced coverage options are available to reduce your excess liability. All coverage terms and exclusions will be explained during vehicle orientation and are detailed in your rental agreement.

8. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

At the start of your rental, you will receive the vehicle in clean condition with a documented pre-existing damage report. You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle and reporting any additional issues immediately.

Upon return, the vehicle will be inspected for damage, cleanliness, and fuel level. You are liable for any new damage, excessive wear, missing items, or cleaning fees if the vehicle is returned in unsatisfactory condition.

9. Accidents and Damage

In the event of an accident or damage, you must immediately stop and secure the vehicle, contact local authorities if required, obtain a police report, notify us within 24 hours, and not admit liability or make agreements with third parties without our consent.

Failure to follow these procedures may void your coverage and result in full liability for all damages and losses.

10. Fuel Policy

Sport sedan rentals include a full tank of premium fuel at delivery. You may return the vehicle with any fuel level. For other vehicle categories, you are responsible for refueling as needed during your rental period.

11. Mileage Allowance

Your rental includes the daily mileage allowance specified in your agreement. Additional mileage beyond this allowance will be charged at the rate stated in your rental contract. The odometer reading will be documented at pickup and return.

12. Vehicle Return

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional daily charges or prevent the next scheduled rental. If you need to extend your rental, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time.

We will arrange pickup at the end of your rental period. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as provided, accounting for normal wear and tear.

13. Termination of Rental

We reserve the right to terminate your rental and repossess the vehicle without notice if you breach these terms, use the vehicle improperly, fail to make required payments, or provide false information.

In such cases, you remain liable for all charges incurred up to the termination date, plus any additional costs for vehicle recovery.

14. Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the vehicle, including liability for bodily injury or property damage to third parties, traffic violations and fines, and unauthorized use by persons not listed in the rental agreement.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law.

15. Personal Data

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimers

Vehicles are provided in good working condition but we make no warranties regarding their suitability for your specific purposes. We are not liable for inconvenience, delays, or losses resulting from vehicle breakdowns, provided we have maintained the vehicle according to manufacturer specifications.

We do not guarantee that GPS navigation, entertainment systems, or other vehicle features will function without interruption.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemics. In such cases, we may cancel or modify your booking with a full refund of prepaid amounts.

18. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from your rental shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action. We will make reasonable efforts to address your complaints in good faith.

19. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

20. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
